Tony Burke

Tony Burke is the frontman of  If Walls Could Talk. He began his music career like most kids experimenting with the soulful sounds of the recorder, but once he mastered this he upgraded to playing handbells in his church choir. Once he got bored of the bells and whistles, he decided to focus on his voice and learn piano. He eventually started writing his own music and writes almost a song a day!

He finds inspiration from reading and listening to as much Coldplay as possible. When he isn’t singing for the band, he lends his voice to Hooked on Tonics; an acapella group at Valpraiso University in Indiana where he studies music.

Nick DiStefano

Nick DiStefano is a multi-instrumentalist, student, and artist manager at ArtStart Detroit. Nick is the guitar player of the band, and former drummer (before Zack took over!) Nick studies jazz guitar and music business at Wayne State University. But before then, he was self taught playing drum set, and it wasn't until his sophomore year in high school he started playing guitar.

Nick is a Nintendo Fanboy, and in his time he plays Super Smash Brothers competitively, games on his WiiU, and enjoys tabletop games with his friends.

Steven Fronrath

Steven is a student at Wayne State University studying Music Business. He plays keyboard and saxophone for the band and has been studying music for over 15 years. He is also an artist manager at ArtStart Detroit serving as Vice President of Operations.

In his spare time, he loves trying out new technology, building Legos, playing basketball, and hanging out with his family.

Zack Spoutz

By day he’s an independent contractor.  By night he uses The Force to play the drums with Jedi-like skill. If you look closely, you may even catch a glimpse of his Alliance Starbird tattoo.  Zack first found his love for music playing the clarinet; however, his musical career didn’t really take off until he first attempted the drums one late night in college playing Guitar Hero: World Tour.  Once he made it past expert, he decided it was time for a real drum kit.  He began bonding with If Walls Could Talk’s bassit over a few jam sessions and when there was an opening for a drummer, Zack jumped on the opportunity to play a stage other than his basement and was a perfect fit.

Whitey

Anthony "Whitey" White was nine, watching the classic Wayne’s World before he realized he wanted to be part of “something extraordinary, something big, something mega, something copious, something capacious, something kajunga” and that’s when he decided to learn the guitar, however he eventually realized the bass was his niche.  He pursued this idea by playing in many different bands throughout his life, but he didn’t find the right fit until he found If Walls Could Talk.  As more experienced and serious with music, he also trained himself to sing and drum to more fully be involved in the band dynamic.
